    period for changes.
    The creation, delimitation, or deletion of allocatable budget structure
    elements, and therefore of information relevant to the personnel budget
    plan (infotypes), before <(>&<)>1 is not supported.

    How to fix this error?

    Copy
    Remove all information relevant to the personnel budget plan (infotypes)
    from the copy template or
    Choose a start date as of <(>&<)>1 for the new budget structure element
    Delimit
    Choose a delimitation date as of <(>&<)>1.
    Delete
    The budget structure element should only be deleted once information
    that is relevant for the personnel budget plan and that is valid before
    <(>&<)>1 no longer exists.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
