What causes this issue?

Note: This message does not indicate an error.
You can switch to the 'better' network protocol 'soctcp' as long as
your Informix version is higher than 7.24.UC1 and your Reliant
operating system version is higher than 5.43C00 (previously only
'tlitcp' was supported).
