    How to fix this error?

    If you are actually working on the group yourself in a different
    window, exit this processing and then repeat the activity that led to
    this error message.
    If the group was not blocked by you, wait ntil the group has been
    released by the other user and then repeat the activity that led to
    this error message.
    If the group remains blocked for a long time or the processing of the
    group is blocked by another user, inform your system administrator,
    giving the name of the user blocking the group as well as the name and
    controlling area of the blocked group.
