  • What causes this issue?

Exception handling in pegging refers to the way in which scrap,
surplus, and stock difference (lost / found ) replenishments are
    handled.
Pegging Customizing is defined to have all the exceptions pegged to
exception WBS elements (for each pegging- relevant plant).
Thus, these exception WBS elements must be defined for each
pegging-relevant plant. However, such a definition, for each pegging
relevant plant, has not been made.
Pegging will not execute until you fix this problem.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

You can take one of the following two steps to fix this problem:
    1. Go to Pegging Customizing transaction (0PEG01) and change the way
    exceptions are handled.
    2. Go to transaction PEG04 and define exception WBS elements for each
    pegging-relevant plant.
