  • What causes this issue?

You tried to transport a CO group (such as a cost center group or cost
element group) as a dependent object. In order to prevent groups in the
target system from being unintentionally overwritten, transporting
groups as dependent objects is not allowed.

    System Response

    The group is not transported.

    How to fix this error?

If the group does not exist in the target system or you do not want to
overwrite it, then transport the group explicitly using hierarchy
    maintenance.
To do this, call up the maintenance transaction of the corresponding
group and select the required transport operation (Export or Copy from
client) under "Extras" in the menu.
If you want to include the group in a transport request, use the
appropriate transaction for master data transport for
    <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUORK10KEQ>Profit Center groups </>,
    <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUORK30KWT>Business Process groups</> or
    <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUORK3OKE6>Other groups</>
You can also transport the group using set maintenance. Call up
transaction GS03 and select "Environment -> Transport" for the required
    transport operation:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    <DS:TRAN.GS07>Export</>
    <DS:TRAN.GS09>Copy from client</>
    <DS:TRAN.GCTS>Transport request</>
Enter table "CCSS" and the group name as the set ID in the selection
    screen that follows.
If you want to transport a group from Profit Center Accounting, use
    table "GLPCT" instead of "CCSS."
