<zk>Grantee</> indicator is not set. Grant masters should not be created
for company codes where this indicator is not set.

Update the following Customizing step and maintain the appropriate
company code settings: <LS> Public Sector Management -> Grants
Management -> Grantee Management --> Global Settings -> Maintain Company
Code Settings</>.
If your business requirements dictate that you need to create/maintain
grant masters for company codes where the Grantee indicator is not set,
adjust the message control for this message to an appropriate severity
level in the following Customizing step: <LS> Public Sector Management
-> Grants Management -> Grantee Management --> Global Settings -> Change
Message Control for Grants Management</>.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
