Solution:
- Wait and Retry: If the record is being processed by another user, the simplest solution is to wait for that user to finish and then try again.
- Check Lock Entries: Use transaction code

to check for lock entries. You can see which user is holding the lock and the details of the lock.
- If you have the necessary authorizations, you can delete the lock entry if you determine that it is safe to do so (e.g., if the user is no longer active).
- Communicate with Users: If you identify the user who is holding the lock, you can communicate with them to understand if they are still working on the record or if they can release it.
