What causes this issue?

You have activated parallel maintenance with the Real Estate Business
Partner. To ensure that no data inconsistencies appear in the
address usage for the SAP Business Partner and the Real Estate Business
Partner, the following is carried out after a program correction
supplied together with SAP Note 550854:
Every change that is made in the standard address type for the SAP
Business Partner will also be transferred to (or duplicated in) the SAP
Business Partner address type assigned to the standard identification
for the Real Estate Business Partner. For business partner &1, the
identification assigned to the BP standard identification is address
type &2. The same addresses with the same validity dates must therefore
be assigned to address type &2 and the standard identification for the
SAP BP (XXDEFAULT). This is not given for business partner &1.
