    Data storage for links in MIC has been changed (now: Knowledge Provider
    (KPro)). The old links have not been migrated automatically, which means
    that the application appears in the display mode and you cannot add any
    new links.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Contact your system administrator and request for the links to be
    migrated.
