    The <DS:SIMG.FMBCS_FMRBDERIMD>derivation strategy for generation of RIB
    rules</> assigned the value <LB>&V2&</> to the field <LB>&V1&</> of the
    RIB rule. This field, however, is not active in your FM area. Therefore
    only the value "blank" is allowed for this field.
