No RIB rule can be assigned to the following combination of
<DS:DE.BURB_RBBLDNR>budget category for RIB</>, fiscal year (or if
applicable, fiscal year and year of cash effectivity) and RIB object:
<LB>&V1&</><LB>&V2&</>
Either choose another RIB object, change the derivation strategy for
generation of RIB rules in Customizing, or create the RIB rule manually
in transaction <LB>FMRBRULE</>.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
