Message text: Inconsistent RIB rules found
An RIB rule has been found for the combination &V1& of <DS>
<DS:DE.BURB_RBBLDNR>RIB ledger</></>, fiscal year, year of cash
effectivity and grant. This rule is based on the revenue cover group
&V2&.
However, there is also an RIB rule based on an RIB object (&V3&&V4&)
corresponding to the RIB source address of the revenue cover group &V2&,
but which was created for another year of cash effectivity.
This is not consistent: for different years of cash effectivity, both
RIB rules must be based on either the revenue cover group &V2&, or an
RIB object (such as &V3&&V4&) that corresponds to the RIB source address
of the revenue cover group &V2&.
If one of the RIB rules is a new rule to be created, the system stops
the creation of this new rule.
Decide whether both RIB rules should be based on the revenue cover group
&V2& or on an RIB object.
If applicable, delete the unwanted RIB rule or delete the revenue cover
group &V2&.
Try to create the desired RIB rule again.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
