FM account assignment element &V1& is not used in the layout you are
using. This account assignment element is active for Funds Management
according to the Customizing settings. You are therefore required to
use account assignment element &V1& in the layout.

System Response

This layout is not permitted.

How to fix this error?

Contact the system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

If you use FM account assignment element &V1& in your organization,
then include the account assignment in the layout you are using. You do
this in Funds Management Customizing under <LS>Budget Control System
(BCS) -> BCS Budgeting -> Planning -> Define Planning Layout</>.
If you do not use FM account assignment element &1 in your
organization, deactivate this account assignment element in Funds
Management Customizing under <LS>Basic Settings -> Activate Account
Assignment Element</>.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
