What causes this issue?

In the layout used, columns were defined in which the transaction
currency is used. However, only layouts in which the local currency is
used are allowed for planning in the budget control system.

System Response

The layout is not permitted.

How to fix this error?

Contact the system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

Change the key figures in the columns that do no use the local currency
in the layout definition. You do this in the Funds Management
Customizing under <LS>Budget Control System (BCS) -> BCS Budgeting ->
Planning -> Define Planning Layout -> <DS:TRAN.FMPLLC>Change/Display
Planning Layout</></>.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
