The system could not create an exception list nor could it create any
logs.
You can work with the dunning proposal as usual.
If, in addition to this, you need the logs and the list of accounts not
dunned, you have to delete the dunning proposal and create it again.
To prevent the error from occurring again, enable the starting of
background processes.
