What causes this issue?

You create a business partner in a customer role and have not entered
any address data for this business partner. For the customer you want to
create in the background, the <LS>country</> for the <LS>standard
address</> is defined as a required entry field, and other required
entry fields may be defined too. It is therefore not enough to enter
only the <LS>name</> of the business partner, for example.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
