    economy class.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Put booking on waiting list and re-process as soon as another booking
    has been cancelled.
    Contact your supervisor and discuss if a free upgrade to business class
    is possible for the customer.
    Contact the customer and book a different flight, if possible.
    If none of the above options applies, cancel the booking.
