    You have tried to activate a BRFplus object. However, this object
    depends on object &V1&, but &V1& is not active. Activation of an object
    depending on an inactive object is not possible.

    How to fix this error?

    Activate &V1& before you proceed. Note that it is possible to activate
    objects recursively. For example, when you activate a ruleset, you can
    activate the rules and expressions belonging to that ruleset in one
    steptogether with the ruleset.
    Recursive activation is supported only for objects within the scope of
    the same BRFplus application.
