cases.
For performance reasons, not all dispute cases are displayed on the
?Dispute Cases? tab.
It is still possible to create and display dispute cases on the
?Invoices? tab.
If you need to display all dispute cases on the ?Dispute Cases? tab,
please delete user parameter FDM_DISP_THRESHOLD.
CAUTION: Deletion of this parameter can have severe consequences for
performance when calling receivables processing. This is particularly
the case when many disputes cases exist for a customer that have not yet
been confirmed.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
