  • What causes this issue?

    The service frequency of the container is less than that of the higher
    level service frequency of the route (for example weekly instead of 2
    weekly). It is therefore invalid.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Enter a service frequency that meets both of the following conditions:
    The service frequency is greater than that of the higher level service
    frequency.
    The service frequency is a multiple of the higher level service
    frequency.
    For example, you can enter a 4 weekly frequency for a container if the
    route is maintained 2 weekly, but <zh>not</> if it maintained 3 weekly.
