Enter a service frequency that meets both of the following conditions:
The service frequency is greater than that of the higher level service
frequency.
The service frequency is a multiple of the higher level service
frequency.
For example, you can enter a 4 weekly frequency for a container if the
route is maintained 2 weekly, but <zh>not</> if it maintained 3 weekly.
