    For program based Software Component transport, only packages with
    original language English ('EN') are permitted.
    The package &v1& cannot be used for generated programs because SAP notes
    do not support non-ASCII/UNICODE character encoding.
    Correction instructions containing non-ASCII characters fail at
    implementation or result in inconsistencies because all non-ASCII
    characters become '#'.
