What causes this issue?

With the current HANA-release, Enterprise Search could be run on
CDS-based connectors only. Currently, the system works in a mixed mode,
as search connectors based on Enterprise Search-models have been
created.
This mixed mode is the usual state as long as the migration to CDS-based
connectors has not been completed.
