What causes this issue?

Under <LS>Profile Allocation</>, you have selected the <LS>No Trigger
</> field for all input parameters. As a result, the formula allocation
cannot be calculated.
This field must not be selected for at least one input profile.
If you do not want the formula allocation to be included in the
calculation, select the <LS>No Calculation</> field.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Deselect the <LS>No Trigger</> field for at least one of the input
profiles.
