Message number: 183
Message text: Planned changes were not adjusted
You are processing business partner or contract account data with a
validity date that is in the future.
The scheduled changes are due to be activated on the validity date.
However the validity date of the scheduled changes was not adjusted
when the actual move-in or actual move-out date was changed.
After you have changed the actual move-in or actual move-out date, the
system calls the unadjusted data so that you can change it accordingly.
Example:
On 01/01/00, you change a move-in document whose move-in date is
01/10/00.
Since you have set an <DS:DE.ECGPVKDELAY>intervall period</> of one day
in <DS:SIMG._ISUCSBTIO_000027>Customizing
</>, the system proposes 01/09/00 as the validity date for the
scheduled changes to the business partner and contract account.
You change the move-in date to 01/05/00.
The system now proposes 1/4/00 as the validity date.
Since you have not entered any more scheduled changes to the business
partner or the contract account, the data in the system is up-to-date.
The validity date for the scheduled changes remains 1/9/00.
If you want to postpone the validity date of the scheduled changes,
proceed as follows:
Go to full maintenance for the business partner.
Display the scheduled changes (<LS>Extras -> Scheduled changes</>).
Note the data and reverse the scheduled changes.
Return to the full maintenance screen and copy the data via
<LS>Contract partner -> Copy</>.
If you return to the main screen, you can view the scheduled changes
before they are reversed.
Change the actual move-in or actual move-out date.
Reenter the data that you noted previously.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
