The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Make sure that the owner move-in is created before the valid-from date
of the arrangement on the automatic owner move-in. This no longer
applies if a different business partner moves in first.
If this message appears when you change the move-in or move-out date,
you must proceed as follows in order to have the owner take over the
installation for the vacant status period:
Reverse the move-in.
Change the move-out date if required.
Perform an owner move-in for the date after the move-out date. .
Perform an owner move-in for the day before the (new) move-in date.
Create the successor's move-in.
This message is a warning. Short vacant status periods without an owner
move-in are also acceptable.
