    You have attempted to create a budget billing plan. No more due dates
    can be requested for the current budget billing period. In order to
    create a budget billing plan for the next period, the from-date must be
    determined for the next period. This from-date must be after the
    move-in date. However, the from-date is currently before the move-in
    date.

    A budget billing plan was not created.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the scheduling for the concerned installations. If this does not
    provide information on the cause of the error, report the error via OSS
    to SAP.
