Check the settings for the following action box transaction:
Action box configuration: &v1&
Action box call: &v2&
Check the data flow definition in particular. The clarification case
data will be transferred to the action box transaction. For example, if
an obligatory parameter to call the action box transaction is missing,
the process cannot be executed.
If you want to transfer clarification case attributes such as the case
number or priority to the action box transaction, the import parameter
must have the same name as the corresponding fields of table
<LS>EMMA_CASE</>.
For example, if you want to transfer the case number to your action box
transaction, then the import parameter for the case number must have the
name <LS>CASENR</>.
If you want to use case objects in your action box transaction, then
make sure that the element names you assign in Customizing for the case
objects have the same name as your import parameter in the action box
transaction. Note that the element name for the primary business object
in the header entry is defined for the case category. You find the
element names of the case objects under <LS>Case Objects</>.
