billing reasons you cannot enter the meter reading time in a way that
changes the order of the meter reading results.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter a meter reading time that does not change the order of the results
Cancel the meter reading results that you want to change and enter them
again in the desired order.
