  • What causes this issue?

The error was caused by one of the following:
You have not entered any devices in the processing list.
The device does not have any registers (such as a transformer).
The registers of the device are not relevant to meter reading.
You must enter meter reading results when you change the installation
    structure.
This is the case if you change the billing factor or the create a
    register relationship.
If you change the rate type, you cannot enter meter readings.
You also cannot enter meter readings if you performed a billing-related
installation reversal on the same day.
In this case, the move-in meter readings are deleted. The device is
then no longer allocated to an installation and removal readings are
    irrelevant.
This also applies when you reverse a billing-relevant removal.
