interval. The &v3& is suppressed when &4& is saved (due to data in
table V_TE610). If the &v3& to be suppressed is relevant to billing,
this means a trigger already exists and it too is deleted. If the &v3&
is relevant to billing and marked as <ZH>Always to be read</>, only the
corresponding trigger is deleted in the case of suppression.
