What causes this issue?

Possible causes include:
On the initial screen of Transaction FPI1, you determine whether posting
is to be statistical or actual. The statistics key is also set dependent
on the transaction. If a statistics key is determined via the
transaction that is different than the screen, posting cannot occur.
In this case, the cause is that transaction was incorrectly maintained
in TE305, or that the allocation of internal transaction to real
transactions is incorrect.

System Response

Posting of interest cannot occur.

How to fix this error?

Check the allocation of internal transactions to real transactions in
table TEIVV. Also check the settings in table TE305.
