    However, the object already has reports that are not in status
    <LS>Released (W7)</> or <LS>Historic (WD)</>.

    System Response

    It cannot be determined if the report can be released or set to
    historic. For this reason, processing is aborted.
    If a document should have been created (DMS), this was already created
    and checked in. It will not be deleted.

    How to fix this error?

    Call transaction <ZH>CG54</> and check that all existing reports for the
    given object are set to status <LS>Released (W7)</> or <LS>Historic (WD)
    </>.
    If not all reports meet these criteria, check if they can be changed.
