The reply e-mail address of the requestor is missing or not maintained.
When a task is assigned to an external partner and an XML request is
generated, a "Reply-To" address is put in the XML. Its purpose is to
direct responses from partners to a single point in the system instead
of dispersing them amongst the inboxes of numerous users.
If not explicitly stated otherwise, the information for the XML section
<ZH>DocumentResponder</> is taken from the user data of the user
currently processing the task.
The XML request generation failed.
You can correct the error by doing one of the following:
Maintain your e-mail address in user maintenance (transaction
<DS:TRAN.SU01>SU01</>).
In the Customizing activity <LS>Specify Environment Parameters</>, enter
a value for environment parameter <ZH>COL_EMAIL_REPLY_ADDRESS</>.
Note: If the environment parameter is maintained, it has precedence over
your e-mail address.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
