    is still archived only once and referred from all corresponding batch
    records.
    PI sheet &V1& has already been archived in a different batch record but
    due to a system error, the status <LS>Archived</> has not been set. For
    this reason, the existing archive document cannot be referred to during
    archiving of the current batch record.
