    for PI sheet &V1&. Batch record archiving was terminated.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Note for System Administration
    If a PI sheet belongs to several batch records, the relevant document
    is still archived only once and referred from all corresponding batch
    records.
    PI sheet &V1& has already been archived in a different batch record but
    due to a system error, the status <LS>Archived</> has not been set. For
    this reason, the existing archive document cannot be referred to during
    archiving of the current batch record.
