Execute one of the following steps in Customizing for <LS>Batch Records

assign the document types to be archived to document profile &V1&.
Go to the activity <DS:SIMG.PPPI_PD_254>Define Material-Specific Overall
Profile</> and assign a different document profile to the relevant
material.
