in the safety plan but no keyword ID has been specified for the planning
plant in Customizing.
When you assign a WCM template to an order or task list, the system
creates an operation with the control key <LS>WCM</> and assigns the
details of the template to specific user-defined fields in the
operation. The keyword ID specifies these user fields. A keyword ID must
therefore be specified for each planning plant in Customizing, otherwise
WCM template assignment fails.

System Response

The WCM template is not assigned to the maintenance order or task list.

How to fix this error?

You can correct the situation by specifying the keyword ID for the
relevant planning plant. You do this in Customizing for <LS>Plant
Maintenance and Customer Service</> under <LS>Master Data in Plant
Maintenance and Customer Service</> -> <LS>Basic Settings</> ->
<LS>Worker Safety</> -> <LS>Specify Safety-Relv. Plnts and Plnt-Specific
Settings</>.
