Message text: Owner allocation occurs via the premise
You can activate one of the following procedures in Customizing:
Maintenance via premise
You can maintain the owner exclusively via the premise. Historical
maintenance is not possible in this case.
Maintenance via owner allocastion with/without automatic move-in
You can maintain the owner exclusively via the transaction for
<LS>Owner allocation</>. In this case you cannot maintain the owner via
the premise as well. Here you have the advantage of maintaining the
owner allocation historicaly via a key date.
Owner allocation with automatic move-in has the advantage that move-in
is triggered automatically. For example, this procedure is used by
customers that always move the owner into a premise if it becomes
vacant.
&STANDARD_SETUP&
With standard system settings, owner allocation is always maintained
via the premise.
