    You can activate one of the following procedures in Customizing:
    Maintenance via premise
    You can maintain the owner exclusively via the premise. Historical
    maintenance is not possible in this case.
    Maintenance via owner allocastion with/without automatic move-in
    You can maintain the owner exclusively via the transaction for
    <LS>Owner allocation</>. In this case you cannot maintain the owner via
    the premise as well. Here you have the advantage of maintaining the
    owner allocation historicaly via a key date.
    Owner allocation with automatic move-in has the advantage that move-in
    is triggered automatically. For example, this procedure is used by
    customers that always move the owner into a premise if it becomes
    vacant.

    With standard system settings, owner allocation is always maintained
    via the premise.
