This field requires the entry of an object type of length 2 and an
object ID of length 12 to identify an HR-ORG object uniquely. You can
use the Possible entries pushbutton to select an entry.

In the case of an SAP user the object type is 'US'. The
entry for the user Mueller would therefore be <ZH>usmueller</>.
The position 'developer' would be entered as <ZH>s developer</>.
Note that the object type always has the length 2.
