  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The values that you entered for the specified fields are not permitted
at SAP. Before you send the notification to SAP, you have to change the
    values accordingly.
The components in the SAP problem notification system do not always have
the same name as the application components in the SAP systems.
Therefore, it can happen that you select an application component using
the F4 help or that the system automatically found a component using the
function 'Help -> Create support message', but this component is the
invalid when you send it to SAP.
An example for this are the application components in EBP. In EBP, the
components are called EBP-xxx, but in the SAP problem notification
    system they are called SRM-EBP-xxx.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Correct the data.
Go to the <ZK>Action Log</> tab page.
Repeat the action <ZK>Send Message to SAP</>
If the component is invalid, you can find the correct components as
    follows:
Execute the action 'Search for notes from SAP'
On the search screen for SAP notes, apart from the input field for the
application component, you can also find a pushbutton for searching for
    the component. Choose this pushbutton.
Now you can see all of the valid components on the screen that appears
and then correct the component in your notification.
