captured changes will be lost.

How to fix this error?

Check the remote system for connectivity issues and check the status of
the subscriber in the remote system.

You can change the default interval for warning messages by modifying
the value of parameter SUBS_INACTIVITY_WARNING_INDAYS in table
DHCDC_SETTINGS.
