In the menu, choose <LS>Basic Data and Tools -> Phrases -> Edit Phrase
Set-Attribute Assignments</>.
Choose the appropriate table/structure field by double-clicking.
In the <LS>Phrase set</> field, enter the appropriate phrase set.
