  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

No dangerous goods master records were found for the materials contained
    in the document.

    System Response

The dangerous goods check is terminated.
Data in the dangerous goods document table cannot be edited in the SD
document even if template material processing is activated.
When the SD document is saved the incompleteness status is set,
preventing the document being processed further (for example, creating a
    delivery).

    How to fix this error?

If the dangerous goods are <ZH>not</> to be transported exclusively via
pipelines, create dangerous goods master records for the dangerous goods
    regulations you require.
If you want to transport materials exclusively through pipelines, enter
an appropriate route (shipping, sales) or leg (transportation). In this
case you do not need to create dangerous goods master records.
If you have already entered a route or leg in the SD document and no
mode of transport categories or not all mode of transport categories
could be determined, check (and amend as necessary) whether:
You have not specified any route stages in the shipping document or
sales document for the route specified and have not entered any shipping
    types in the route header
You have not entered a shipping type for the main leg of the route
    specified in the route header
You have not entered a shipping type in the shipment document for the
    leg specified.
Check to see whether the following IMG activities have been completed in
Customizing for <ZH>Sales and Distribution</> and complete them if
    necessary:
    Define mode of transport
    Define shipping types
    Define transportation connection points
    Define routes and stages
    Maintain stages for all routes
Check to see whether the following IMG activities have been completed in
Customizing for <ZH>Dangerous Goods Management</> and complete them if
    necessary:
Assign Relevant Mode-of-Transport Category to Means of Transport
    Specify Mode-of-Transport Categories
