What causes this issue?

When you select a display profile, you either have to enter the name
or else marke one of the available profiles via checkbox. If you
have marked more than one, or entered one and marked another, your
selection is no longer unique.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
