  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You want to configure an assembly in the BOM of the configurable
material. However, you cannot configure the assembly on its own. This
    can have several reasons:
    The <DS:GLOS.configuration_profile>configuration profile</> of the
superior material does not allow for multi-level configuration. The
The material is an order BOM component although it does not have a
profile with the setting <ZH>order BOM</> itself. Within an order BOM,
you can only configure materials that likewise have the setting
    <ZH>orderBOM</>.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

If you want to configure the assembly individually and it is an order
BOM component, choose the setting <ZH>Order BOM</> for the material in
    in the configuration profile.
If you want to configure the assembly individually but the
configuration profile for the header material does not allow for
multi-level configuration, check the setting in the configuration
    profile for the header material.
