- Check if the contact person is listed. If not, you can add the contact person by clicking on the "Add" button and entering the relevant details.
Verify Data:
- Ensure that the contact person exists in the system and is active.
- Check the status of the contact person to ensure it is not marked as inactive or deleted.
Check Authorizations:
- Ensure that you have the necessary authorizations to view and modify customer and contact person data.
Consult with IT Support:
