The node displays the delay of the current job of a chain of jobs. As
long as the current job has not yet been started, the node is green.
If the planned start time of the current job has passed and the job has
not yet started, the delay of the job is reported as the difference
between the measurement time and the scheduled start time.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
