    To manually change the business partners, run transaction
    <DS:TRAN.SPPFP>SPPFP</>, search for this PPF action with application key
    &V4& and execute it again. If the problem persists, run transaction
    <DS:TRAN.SM12>SM12</> to identify who has locked transaction &V1&. Once
    the lock has been released, execute this PPF action again.
