    What causes this issue?

The PPF action was executed that reassigns business partners in
transactions following a business partner change in a case.
However, this action could not reassign business partners in the
dependent transaction &V1& because this transaction is locked by another

In the transaction &V1& manually change the business partners, or wait a
few minutes and execute this action again.
To manually change the business partners, run transaction
<DS:TRAN.SPPFP>SPPFP</>, search for this PPF action with application key
&V4& and execute it again. If the problem persists, run transaction
<DS:TRAN.SM12>SM12</> to identify who has locked transaction &V1&. Once
the lock has been released, execute this PPF action again.
