    What causes this issue?

    The PPF action was executed that reassigns business partners in
    transactions following a business partner change in a case.
    However, this action could not reassign business partners in the
    dependent transaction &V1& because this transaction is locked by another
    process.

    How to fix this error?

    In the transaction &V1& manually change the business partners, or wait a
    few minutes and execute this action again.
    To manually change the business partners, run transaction
    <DS:TRAN.SPPFP>SPPFP</>, search for this PPF action with application key
    &V4& and execute it again. If the problem persists, run transaction
    <DS:TRAN.SM12>SM12</> to identify who has locked transaction &V1&. Once
    the lock has been released, execute this PPF action again.
