  • What causes this issue?

The number of sets of work instructions to be selected has been limited
to &V1& on the initial screen (see <LS>Max. Number of Work Instructions
</> field). This specification has the following effects on the
    internally performed selection steps:
    RESET N1
Selection of work instructions without consideration of their status.
For technical reasons, the maximum number specified on the initial
screen relates to this step. Step 1 ended when this number was reached.
Fine selection from the number of hits determined in step 1 on the basis
of the status and the time span specified in the case of status New:
In the number of hits determined, no work instructions satisfying the
status requirements were found. The worklist thus remains empty. Due to
the restriction effective in step 1 however, it is possible that not all
work instructions that actually exist have been taken into account.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    RESET N1
Check - and if necessary narrow down - your selection criteria.
In addition, if necessary, increase the number of sets of work
instructions to be selected on the initial screen for the worklist
<LS>Max. Number of Work Instructions</> field).
However, note that increasing the maximum number too much may lead to
    performance problems.
