Conversion Rule &V1& was chosen for Conversion Place &V2&. This
Conversion Place is used to convert between different prices, i.e.
combinations of currencies and unit of measurements. Conversion Rule
&V1&, however, uses Conversion Routine &V3& which does not support price
conversions.
