What causes this issue?

You want to schedule routings and then copy the resulting internal
processing times into the material master. However, material &V1& in
plant &V2& is configurable. You assign so-called "super" routings to
configurable materials. In scheduling these super-routings do not
produce realistic internal processing times.

How to fix this error?

Do not update the material masters of configurable naterials using
scheduling.
